I don’t have many skirts but when I saw this Boden maxi skirt in Ivory Bluebell, a gorgeous botanical print, I couldn’t resist. In fact I fell in love with the print so much, that I bought the co-ordinating top AND matching bikini. It’s a pretty, charming print in array of colours which makes for easy, versatile outfit building. On this occasion, I teamed it with a white tee with broderie sleeve detail.
My sunglasses are the Amalfi by Aspinal of London. I’ve had these for several years now and they make me feel as fabulous now as they did when they were brand new. They are sold out in the crystal colourway but are still available in black. My bag is the Paddy by Apatchy London, a very kind gift from the brand last year.
The skirt is a full maxi-silhouette with pockets and it hangs beautifully. I’m wearing my usual UK size 12 and it fits perfectly. I’m really looking forward to wearing the co-ordinating top.
For now though, this is the rest of the Boden Ivory Bluebell collection, all of which are reduced in the sale. My skirt is currently sold out but do keep checking back. I have stalked many a sold-out-item only for it to come back into stock. People often buy multiple sizes and styles during the sale period so a lot of items get returned without even being tried on.
